A Rajkot nutraceutical and skincare company needed a store that sells its products direct, explains them, and brings customers back.
Sulfur Health Care Private Ltd. makes nutraceutical and skincare products that, in the company’s words, are developed by doctors. Its range includes a protein powder, Protein S, a daily multivitamin, S-VIT Daily, the Fibro Care range and a moisturising cream.
The company sells direct to customers online, with storewide offers and free delivery above a minimum order value.
Health products are bought on trust. Customers want to know what is in a product and who stands behind it before they pay, and they want the same confidence in the shop itself.
A direct-to-customer brand also needs repeat buyers, not just a first order, so the store had to give customers reasons to come back.
What is on the live site today, and why each part is there.
Product categories, cart, checkout and customer accounts, on WordPress e-commerce.
Customers can save products to a wishlist and come back to them.
The brand’s product statements, such as certified and tested and gluten free, shown where a buyer looks for them.
A blog the company uses to explain its products and health topics to customers.
An email newsletter sign-up, so the brand can bring customers back with offers and new products.
Privacy, refunds and returns, shipping and terms pages, linked from every page.
We conceptualised, designed and built the site in-house in Rajkot. This is the same process every website project follows.
We start with the products, the customers and how enquiries arrive today, and agree the structure of the site in writing before any design.
The design is made for the company, not adapted from a bought template, and the client reviews it on a test link before we build.
The site is built so the client’s own team can manage it day to day, without needing a developer for every change.
We launch, show the team how to keep it up to date, and stay the people they call when something needs changing.
Sulfur Health Care sells direct from a store it controls, with the product information, blog and newsletter that health customers expect and that bring them back for a second order.
The store runs on WordPress, so the team can add products, run offers and publish posts themselves.
We built this site before WebZ Experts offered SEO, so we have no ranking or traffic figures to publish for it, and we will not estimate them. What we can point to is the site itself, which is live and which you can visit.
This project was conceptualised, designed and built by the WebZ Experts team on Kalawad Road, Rajkot, led by founder Hitesh Rank.
“Most of our clients would say the same thing: beautiful solutions that are easy to manage, always backed by unparalleled service. When they thank us, it is mainly for our help, our transparency, our guidance and our honesty.”
