A Rajkot masterbatch and additives manufacturer needed one website for three audiences: customers choosing a product, dealers wanting to join, and investors reading the company’s documents.
Renol Polychem Limited describes itself as a chemical company in Rajkot. It was established in 2008 and makes colour and additive masterbatches, pigments, and stabilisers, lubricants and impact modifiers for PP, PVC and CPVC pipes and fittings.
Its products go into agriculture, automotive, electrical, healthcare, packaging, textiles, and wires and cables, and the company says it serves customers in many countries.
Renol’s website has to work for three very different readers. A buyer at a pipe manufacturer wants the right additive for their application. A dealer wants to know how to become one. And as a limited company, Renol must publish formal documents for investors and shareholders, including its draft red herring prospectus, governance policies and notices of meetings.
Mixing those on one site without confusing any of them is the hard part. A product buyer should never have to wade through legal documents, and an investor should find the filings in one place.
What is on the live site today, and why each part is there.
Product pages for masterbatches, compounds and additives, and a separate view by application, from agriculture to wires and cables.
One place for the documents investors look for: the DRHP, corporate governance policies, the CS certificate, the valuation report and meeting notices.
A dealers section with its own application route, kept apart from customer enquiries.
Pop-up forms for product enquiries and for applications, available from the pages where buyers and dealers need them.
Years in business, awards, client numbers and customer logos, in the company’s own figures.
Phone numbers, email, the factory address and the working days, including the weekly closed day.
We conceptualised, designed and built the site in-house in Rajkot. This is the same process every website project follows.
We start with the products, the customers and how enquiries arrive today, and agree the structure of the site in writing before any design.
The design is made for the company, not adapted from a bought template, and the client reviews it on a test link before we build.
The site is built so the client’s own team can manage it day to day, without needing a developer for every change.
We launch, show the team how to keep it up to date, and stay the people they call when something needs changing.
Renol Polychem has a single website that serves buyers, dealers and investors, each with their own route through it, and an investor section the company can keep up to date as it publishes new documents.
The site runs on WordPress, so Renol’s team can upload new filings and update products themselves.
We built this site before WebZ Experts offered SEO, so we have no ranking or traffic figures to publish for it, and we will not estimate them. What we can point to is the site itself, which is live and which you can visit.
This project was conceptualised, designed and built by the WebZ Experts team on Kalawad Road, Rajkot, led by founder Hitesh Rank.
“Most of our clients would say the same thing: beautiful solutions that are easy to manage, always backed by unparalleled service. When they thank us, it is mainly for our help, our transparency, our guidance and our honesty.”
