Oracle Nuts, Rajkot: an online store for dry fruits, nuts and snacks

A Rajkot dry-fruit business on University Road needed a shop that customers anywhere in India could order from, with clear categories, prices and delivery terms.

The Client

About Oracle Nuts

The Brief

What the website had to do

A food shop online has a wide range of similar-looking products sold by weight, with frequent offers. Customers need to find a category quickly, see the price and the saving, and trust the shop enough to pay online.

Trust online also rests on the boring pages: shipping, returns, refunds and payment terms. Without them, a first-time buyer leaves.

What We Built

The website, feature by feature

What is on the live site today, and why each part is there.

A clear category structure

Categories for dry fruits, berries, seeds, healthy snacks, masala nuts, sweets, dates, chocolates and more, plus a trending products section.

Cart, checkout and accounts

A full shopping cart with customer accounts and order history.

Online payment

Accepted payment methods shown clearly, so customers know before they reach checkout.

Policies that build trust

Shipping, returns and refunds, payments, privacy and terms pages, written and linked from every page.

WhatsApp chat

A WhatsApp link for customers who would rather ask before they buy.

Offers and pricing

Prices shown with the discount against the original price, so offers are clear at a glance.

How We Worked

From first conversation to launch

We conceptualised, designed and built the site in-house in Rajkot. This is the same process every website project follows.

1

Understand the business

We start with the products, the customers and how enquiries arrive today, and agree the structure of the site in writing before any design.

2

Design for this brand

The design is made for the company, not adapted from a bought template, and the client reviews it on a test link before we build.

3

Build it to be managed

The site is built so the client’s own team can manage it day to day, without needing a developer for every change.

4

Launch and stay on

We launch, show the team how to keep it up to date, and stay the people they call when something needs changing.

Outcome

Where it stands today

Oracle Nuts has an online store that lets customers browse a large food range by category, see clear prices and offers, and pay online, with the policies a first-time buyer looks for.

We built this site before WebZ Experts offered SEO, so we have no ranking or traffic figures to publish for it, and we will not estimate them. What we can point to is the site itself, which is live and which you can visit.

Yes. Oracle Nuts is one example. See our e-commerce development service for what is included.

As well as products and checkout: shipping, returns and refunds, payment, privacy and terms. We write these with you, because customers check them before their first order.
